Soekershof allows you the opportunity to own your own share through fractional/joint ownership, the International proven way to own a holiday home. You own the property with your fellow shareholders. You use the allocated weeks (two weeks a year) and we do all the rest! All these designer units are fully equipped and furnished with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. These units are set in a secluded area within the 10 hectare large property and are build with eco-friendly materials and equipped with solar power and helophyte filter for sewage.
Investors can buy shares for R100,000 which entitles them for an annual fortnight stay. Investors can also buy more shares. The shares will go in a trust. We are looking for approximately 40 to 60 investors.
Soekershof is not a speculation project that people can make huge amounts of money. It is a sustainable project but there will be some return on investment (by letting to tourists in times units that are not occupied). This income will stay in the trust but proportional decuced from the annual service fee of R10,000 and in case of surplus paid directly to shareholders. In case an investor wants to sell his/her share after some time he/she first have to offer it to the trust and the other shareholders and cannot be sold for more than the original price plus inflation (on index).
